It also provides consultancy around new systems and processes such as ITIL Best Practice, Technical Service Desks, Remote Monitoring and Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Empowered works with partners to help improve their sales, marketing, technical engineering and support systems. It can also propose the outsourcing of non core tasks to external "Best of Breed" service providers and then helping with the ongoing management of these contracts.
