Role Description

As part of its ongoing development and growth, Empowered has an opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join its dynamic sales team. The Internal Account Manager will manage the relationships with existing customers, effectively communicate with the customer on service-related matters, process orders and inquiries and maintain customer records. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the customer’s business, industry trends, and opportunities for improvement.
