Role Summary
We are looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer to help with the initial troubleshooting of client software. The successful candidate will be a great team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and will thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with the initial troubleshooting of client software
- Provide support to the user and end client
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Must have valid EDBS – Empowered can support in obtaining an EDBS if required
- Previous experience as desktop support engineer
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with educational institution’s preferred but not essential
