Position:                     Account Manager

Location:                    Hybrid across Remote and Office

Reporting To:            Sales Director

 

Role Summary

The prime responsibility of the Account Manager is to generate new sales from a base of existing customers and some new prospects, working in a team of other Account Managers.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Existing Client Sales and Relationship Management
    • Regularly liaise with existing client contacts to establish opportunites
    • Establish new ‘wider’ contacts network within client and expand conversations
    • Act as the primarly point of contact for day to day client communication for owned accounts
    • Prepare proposals and quotes for services and manage the sales cycle to successful close.
    • Attend client reviews and project meetings
    • Presenting Empowered’s services propositions and development of opportunities
    • Updating CRM with client data and project opportunities
  • New Client Development
    • Develop relationships with new name prospects to discover new business opportunities
    • Build contact plans to enable the influence and advocacy for services
    • Bring new business opportunities to the business ensuring deep qualification and clear value propositions to maximise success
  • Sales target
    • Work towards achieving monthly & annual sales targets
  • Management reporting
    • Report to sales management providing progress updates
    • Provide sales forecast data on upcoming projects
